How long does it take for my order to ship?

~Shipping and Processing:
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after placing your order. We usually ship out much quicker than that! Your order will be shipped via USPS Retail Ground/Parcel or First Class depending on weight, distance, or route. All orders should arrive in an estimated 2–8 calendar days unless noted in your shipping link.

What if there is an issue with my item? 

~We do allow Exchanges/Store Credit on items within 7 days of purchase with all tags intact. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at with details of the product and the defect within 3 days of delivery of package and tags intact on item. If item is found to be defective, store credit will be issued in the amount of the original item less any tax or shipping fees.

Occasionally we will accept a return/exchange depending on the circumstance, i.e. defective merchandise, however this needs to be communicated via email. No items will be accepted for return/exchange without approval. Credits will be less any shipping charges and taxes. Shipping cost of the returned items to the Boutique will be the responsibility of the buyer.
